By accessing pk33game — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pk33game.

These Terms apply to all users of pk33game including visitors, registered players, and anyone interacting with any feature of the platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you and pk33game. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

pk33game is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, place bets, or access any real-money feature on pk33game. By registering, you confirm under your own declaration that you meet this age requirement.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing pk33game from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.

To access real-money features on pk33game, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a password of your choice. Each player may hold only one registered account on pk33game — multiple accounts are a breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on pk33game. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk33game login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. pk33game will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk33game support immediately.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether intentional or not — pk33game reserves the right to merge them into one, close duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses obtained through duplicate registrations.

pk33game may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Standard KYC requires a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport. KYC is a one-time process for most players and typically takes under 24 hours to complete. Refusing to complete KYC will result in withdrawal holds until verification is provided.

Deposits on pk33game are accepted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. The following payment methods are currently supported:

All deposit funds are credited to your pk33game wallet in PKR. Deposits that are made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and refunded. pk33game reserves the right to request proof that the deposit method belongs to the account holder.

Withdrawals from your pk33game wallet may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to Pakistani payment methods only.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pk33game is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by pk33game, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily receiving limits. For large withdrawals exceeding Rs 1,00,000, additional verification may be required.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes for fully verified accounts. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 2–4 hours during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

For security purposes, withdrawals will be directed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a permanent policy to prevent fraud and protect your funds. If you wish to change your withdrawal method, please contact pk33game support who will guide you through a verified method-change process.

If bonus funds have been credited to your account, any active wagering requirement on those funds must be completed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. The deposit portion of your balance that is not subject to a wagering requirement may always be withdrawn freely, subject to the conditions in section 5.1 to 5.3 above.

pk33game periodically offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Bonuses are credited as bonus funds to your pk33game wallet and are subject to the wagering conditions described in this section. All bonuses are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

New players on pk33game may be eligible for a 100% deposit match welcome bonus up to Rs 50,000 on their first deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying threshold as displayed at the time of the promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to one account per person, household, and IP address.

The welcome bonus and most promotional bonuses on pk33game carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 20,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

• Sports bets (single bets at odds of 1.50 or higher) contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Casino slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) contribute 20% towards wagering requirements.
• Virtual sports bets contribute 50% towards wagering requirements.
• Crash games contribute 50% towards wagering requirements.
• Ludo contributes 30% towards wagering requirements.

pk33game actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing matched or offsetting bets designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and using betting patterns that indicate the primary purpose is to extract bonus funds rather than to play in good faith. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on pk33game are subject to the specific sport or game rules applicable to that event or game type, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have understood the applicable rules for that market.

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation from pk33game with a unique bet reference number. Bets shown as "pending" or in the process of being placed are not yet confirmed and may not be settled. pk33game is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

pk33game takes care to ensure odds are correct. However, if a bet is placed and accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, pk33game reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the stake. "Manifestly incorrect" means odds that were clearly a significant deviation from the correct market price — for example, a strong favourite offered at 20/1 due to a data error.

Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before completion; the player was offered odds in error; a duplicate bet was placed in error; the event result cannot be verified by pk33game's data providers. In all void scenarios, the original stake is returned to your pk33game wallet.

In-play bets on live events on pk33game are placed subject to a short processing delay of 3–7 seconds. During this delay, the odds may change or the market may be suspended if a significant event occurs (wicket, goal, etc.). If the odds change and you have not confirmed acceptance of the new odds, your bet will not be placed and your stake will be returned.

pk33game operates on the principle that all players should have a fair and equal experience. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using any software, script, bot, AI tool, or automated system to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, Ludo tournaments, or any competitive game format.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in pk33game's software for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of pk33game's software, odds system, or game engines.
• Accessing pk33game using a VPN, proxy, or other means of masking your location or identity to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any illegal activity through pk33game.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pk33game account to another person.

pk33game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on pk33game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document. In summary:

• pk33game collects registration data (name, mobile number, date of birth), payment transaction data, and gameplay data.
• This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
• pk33game does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment details are tokenised and never stored in plain text.

pk33game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe gambling should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress. As part of that commitment, we provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once reduced, limits take effect immediately. Increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given time period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder notification that appears after you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up messages showing your session duration and net position since you logged in.

pk33game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Chargebacks initiated against pk33game by the account holder's payment provider.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Under 18 age identified or suspected.

In cases of account termination due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Deposited funds that are clearly identifiable as belonging to the player (i.e., not arising from bonus wagering or disputed transactions) will be returned to the original payment method after any deductions necessary to cover outstanding obligations.

You may close your own pk33game account at any time by contacting support@pk33game.ws. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive balance, that balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk33game's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately prior to the claim.

pk33game shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses or damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's own misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
• Delays in payment processing caused by a player's bank or payment provider.
• Third-party content accessed through any links that may appear on the pk33game platform.

pk33game may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting improvements may be made without prior notice. The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this page. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or placing large bets.

Your continued use of pk33game after any updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using pk33game and may close your account as described in Section 11.
